A sensory play activity that takes 30 seconds to set up. Ideal. We did this after breakfast this morning and it was a huge hit.

How?
All you need is an oven tray, some water, washing up liquid and a straw. I added some random things to the tray for August to find including spoons and forks..
Blow bubbles into the water using the straw and let your little one pop them to find what's in the tray.

Extension: if you had the weather to do this outside, you could add some food colouring or paint. The bubbles would be wonderfully coloured and you could then lie some white sheets of paper over the bubbles to make bubble art. I just wasn't brave enough to add colour and risk my carpet!!
