Just a parent to parent reminder to keep serving fruit and vegetables that your kids don’t eat, even if they don’t eat them.

Serve them in different fun ways. I served August a plum early today and he refused to eat it. And then I served it on a skewer. So it was a kebab and he ate the whole thing. So we did the same with dinner and it was a great success.

  • I count success as eating it.
  • I count success as playing with it.
  • I count success as tasting it and spitting it out as long as they’re exposed and giving it a go.
  • Touching it, we’re winning.

And remember..if you don’t keep serving it, then they’ll never like it.
