Silicone is a wonder of a material in the baby world, most importantly because it’s food-safe and BPA-free. It’s also odour and stain resistant, hypoallergenic and a breeze to clean. Do you guarantee that this will stick to what I need it to?
No. Suction depends on the condition of the surface you’re sticking to and its material. Our suction pieces create a vacuum in order to stick so any surface that allows air to sneak in will break that vacuum.

Do your dippy chicks stick to wooden surfaces?
Yes. As long as they’re sealed and smooth. Rough surfaces will let air escape from the vacuum and will make any suction product not work as well.

Do your dippy chicks stick to the Stokke Tripp Trapp?
Mostly, no. The tray of the Tripp Trapp has a porous/non-stick surface which allows air to sneak in under the suction base.

Can I pop the dippy chick in the dishwasher?
Totally. All of our silicone products can be put in the dishwasher without any risk of damage.

Can I pop the dippy chick in the microwave or oven?
Yes. All of our silicone products can be heated up to 230° degrees.

What about cutting food, will that damage the silicone?
You can use dinner knives on all of our products because they’re extremely durable. Don’t use any sharp knives as that may damage the surface.
