This digital download is going to change the way you teach your child the sounds of English. Why is this so great? It exposes your little one to the sounds that the letters make instead of the names of the letters. We write and speak in letter sounds so knowing what sound a letter makes is incredibly important for literacy development.
This is not a drill! You really don’t need to (and shouldn’t) drill your little one on their alphabet knowledge, simply sing to them, point out letters in your environment and help them to practice the song. Learning should always be fun!
This song is sang to the tune of ‘Skip to my Lou’. The download comes with a video about how to use the product, which you can also watch below.

FAQs
How do I know if I’m singing this right?
Check out the video below. The resource you purchase also comes with the video.
Can I still sing the normal alphabet song?
Totally! It’s a great song! Just remember that it is teaching the names of the letters and not their sounds. Knowing the alphabet song or our sing the sounds song does not mean that your child will then recognise written letters - there are a lot of skills involved in understanding the alphabet.
